QVNA’s parking lot is an alternative to on-street parking. It provides monthly rentals in a controlled-access, unsupervised, covered lot with room for 180 cars. Its entrance is located under I-95 near the corner of Christian and Front streets.
Although the parking lot is lighted, it does not have cameras or provide security. Renting a space in the lot is a convenient alternative to on-street parking. It provides no greater or lesser risk to a vehicle.
Priced at $150/month, QVNA has intentionally set the rate below-market. QVNA’s rate is $100-200+ per month lower than others available in Queen Village or Society Hill.
QVNA offers the parking lot as another community service. Parking lot proceeds (meaning QVNA’s income after paying for the required monthly expenses of our land lease, management company, lot technology, and weekly removal of litter and graffiti) are invested back into the Queen Village community through additional programs and services.
