Check out the launch of Sensory Friendly Kits, a new free resource that allows visitors of all ages to feel safe and comfortable while visiting the museum. Kits include noise-canceling headphones, sensory-friendly fidget items, and communication cards for non-verbal visitors. There will also be other educational activities and a raffle for a great prize!

In conjunction with New Wave Café, QVNA is hosting our third annual fundraiser for Summer at Courtyard—the free summer camp for children who live at the affordable housing development between Christian and Washington, 3rd and 5th Streets.
The program provides a six-week curriculum with reading and math, athletics, workshops on civics and engineering, weekly field trips, and more!
Join the celebration, enjoy some chicken fingers and a beverage, and help support this wonderful cause! Tickets for our raffle will be released soon. Stay tuned for more details!

Join residents and movie aficionados two nights before the Academy Awards to check out films that rose to the highest of honors, yet unlike the longer prize-winning films of their time, are now largely overlooked. We feel they all deserve to be seen again! They include live-action short dramas, animation, a documentary and the only short film to ever win the best screenplay award. Films include The Bespoke Overcoat (1956), Frank Film (1973), The Red Balloon (1956), The House I Live In (1946) and The Magic Machines (1969). Admission is $10 at the door.
