You are invited to a special preview event for the Independence Seaport Museum’s new entryway and introductory gallery exhibition before it opens publicly. Hear from President & CEO Peter S. Seibert about the importance of these changes and see firsthand how not only the building but also the collections are now more accessible to the community.

The new introductory exhibition will showcase 150 gems fro the museum’s vast collections, including the likes of which have never been seen by visitors before, such as a signal book owned by Admiral Richard How of the Royal Navy from 1777. By opening these new door and new spaces we are sallowing great accessibility than ever before to the stories explored at the museum.
