Tai Chi for Beginners – $10/class, drop-in

A moving meditation through a routine of lower and upper body movements, like a dance. By linking the moves together we begin practicing ‘The Form’, the name given to Tai Chi while in motion. Increase your flexibility, improve your balance & coordination. Calm your mind.

Please wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothing, with sneakers socks or bare feet.
