Riverside Hall, 916 S. Swanson Street. Noon - 1pm: A moving meditation through a routine of lower and upper body movements, like a dance. By linking the moves together you'll begin practicing 'The Form', the name given to Tai Chi while in motion. Increase your flexibility, improve your balance & coordination. Calm your mind.
Please wear comfortable and loose-fitting clothing, with sneakers socks or bare feet.
Everyone is welcome, the class is very diverse.
