Nuisance Noise Committee: Report Nuisance Noise

Submit your noise complaint to the QVNA Nuisance Noise Committee, to ensure that they document the problem and attempt to address it. Complete the form below:

Visitor Noise (loud pedestrians, car alarms, car stereos, revving motorcycles, etc.)
Industrial noise (bar music, restaurant kitchen staff/exhaust system, etc.)
Neighbor noise (off-hours renovation, party noise/loud music, domestic quarreling)

Offense Details:
Describe what took place, noting whether this is a one-time incident or a frequently recurring situation.
 
Offender Description:
Note the names of offenders if known; if not, provide description of persons, vehicles, businesses, etc.
 
Date and Time:
Please note the date and time of the incident.
 
Action Taken:
If you addressed the matter with offenders, with police or other Philadelphia agency, please describe the outcome, i.e. whether this corrected the problem, how quickly police responded to the location, etc. If this is an ongoing problem, say so, describing past attempts you have made at resolution.

Note: In addition to this form, you should also do the following:
Call 911 for emergency and non-emergency disturbances.

Also call one of the following numbers in addition to 911:
South Street Police Mini-Station: 215-922-6706 for disturbances on or near South Street
3rd Police District: 215-686-333 for disturbances in other parts of Queen Village

For Neighbor Noise:
If the source of the noise is a fixed location (i.e. a neighbor, or a neighborhood business) you can try to address the problem first directly neighbor to neighbor. If you can’t deal with the problem directly, or if you haven’t had success, then REPORT THE INCIDENT to the South Street Police Mini-Station, 215-922-6706.
