Neighbors Association: Board Meeting Minutes The Board of Directors of QVNA are elected, volunteer representatives of the neighborhood and meet every month except for August. The main purpose of the board meetings is to report on the actions of the various committees, discuss critical neighborhood issues, and direct the activities of QVNA.
